Identifying the Sweet Spot for Improving Customer and Carrier Experience in Claims (w/Tim Christ, Claimatic)

IAS Claims created algorithms looking at large pools of claims to triage and assign the right adjusters based on location, experience, authorizations, schedules. The process went from days down to a few hours, carriers needed access to that logic, and Claimatic was born.
